Asparagus Season


Asparagus and Herb Tart- yum!


1 cup of spelt flour
1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 free range egg yolk
2-6 tablespoons of cold water
a generous pinch of sea salt and black pepper
5 beaten free range eggs
1 cup grated parmesan or edam cheese
1 bunch of asparagus
small handful of parsley or thyme- roughly chopped.
