Food is Fuel Best Bones Broth will be at the market this Sunday with their local organic, free-range chicken bone, and beef bone broth. Made is small batches, and simmered for 20-30 hours, this broth is incredibly healthy and nutrient dense. Best of all, the ingredients are all sourced in New Zealand. Best Bones Broth is available to drink hot at the market, and to take home.
We are also excited for Monsieur Oyster who will be starting at the market on the 19th of April. They will be bringing live oysters fresh from their farm. Each oyster is selected by the farmer, who trained in the French maritime school to learn the oyster trade. Oysters are harvested fresh for the market, and shucked just before just before you eat. Bon Appetit!
And lastly, we are excited to welcome back to the market All Good Bananas. Many of you may remember All Good’s stall at the market back in the early days- and we are excited to have them back on board! All Good will be at the market this Sunday with their fair trade organic fresh bananas, dried bananas, and banana loaf. (Please note, All Good Bananas are waiting on their certification from MPI, so fresh bananas cannot be taken out of the fruit fly zone this week).
In other stallholder news, Cocoloco Coconuts will be at the market this week, with their delicious fresh coconut water, and coconut bircher muesli.
Paradise Lost will be taking a short break from the market, and coming back to us the first week of May with their beautiful hand cut flowers.
