Market Open every Sunday Morning 8:30am – 12:00 noon
Thank you, everyone, for your patience with the systems that we have had to put in place for our first few weeks of post-lockdown operation.
Now that we are in Alert Level 1, we no longer need to ask you pre-book and we no longer need to have a one-way system through the market.
But we will keep some of the layout changes from recent weeks – George’s Garden and Lime Affair will stay in the Garden Room while we look at ways to grow the market.
See you there on Sunday morning.

Grey Lynn Farmers Market …
is a 100% community-owned and operated food market – a local alternative to supermarkets. We are a vital part of the food distribution network. Now more than ever, we all need access to fresh, nutritionally-dense food. Supermarkets are not closing. And many small businesses rely on farmers markets to sell their products. We are doing our best to preserve their livelihoods.
Come and talk to the wonderful people who grow and make the nutritious and delicious foods.
Local, fresh produce and award-winning artisan foods in the heart of Grey Lynn
Market is getting ready to re-open SOON
OUR MARKET has been locked down but we will open soon.
The Grey Lynn Farmers Market has stopped our Sunday market at the Grey Lynn Community Centre until the COVID-19 alert level reduces and it is safe to return.
This popular Egyptian national dish – often transliterated as koshary or kosheri – will soon become one of your new favourite comfort foods. Serves 4-6.
